What you will do

• Manage third-party operating expense payments and reporting for China, Taiwan, and other Asia entities.
• Analyze operational data and trends, respond to stakeholder queries, and contribute to management reporting.
• Review and implement process controls covering vendor governance, payment management, documentation, tax handling, and accounting requirements.
• Drive process transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and controls.
• Support platform upgrades, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Divisional Finance, and regional and global stakeholders across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, payment operations, or finance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, including the ability to read Chinese-language business information, is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, deliver accurate work under time pressure, and collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to process improvement and strengthening controls.

Nice to have

• ERP implementation or transformation experience with SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle.
• Additional Asian language proficiency relevant to supported APAC markets.
• Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and generative AI tools for operational analysis, process efficiency, documentation, and stakeholder support.
• Experience with general ledger activities, month-end activities, accruals, postings, reconciliations, or control-focused multinational environments.
