Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager - Fleet Deployment and Readiness (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end fleet health and ensure every vehicle leaving the depot is diagnosed, deployment-ready, and performing to standard.
• Develop fleet health and deployment strategies with the General Manager, including readiness assessments and site and fleet performance evaluations.
• Lead diagnostic methodologies, predictive maintenance initiatives, vehicle upgrades, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze fleet performance data, monitor KPIs, and report trends and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product teams, ride-hailing operations managers, diagnostic teams, and vendor partners to maximize vehicles in service.
• Build and lead the FD&R team, manage staffing and workflow distribution, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field; autonomous vehicle experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure, plus experience triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow among partners.
• Proven project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Google Workspace skills.
• Valid Singapore driving licence for motor cars, maintained throughout employment.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to work onsite daily; availability outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is required as fleet operations demand.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with the Kaizen framework and daily incremental process and systems improvement.
• Autonomous vehicle operations experience.
