Production Planner (Robotics)

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, with production coordination and material transfers between Singapore and Johor Bahru sites.

What you will do

• Build and maintain master production schedules for HAUVs, subassemblies, spares, and refurbishment work.
• Sequence harnessing, mechanical assembly, electronics integration, quality control, and testing work orders.
• Plan materials from bills of materials and build schedules, tracking long-lead components and consumables.
• Coordinate kitting, production capacity, testing slots, and workload across technicians and workstations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, QA/QC, test, and operations teams to manage shortages, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
• Maintain production, BOM, and inventory data in ERP and project tools such as Odoo and ClickUp, and improve planning processes.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of MRP, BOM structures, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, assess risks, and communicate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
• Ability to coordinate work across the Singapore and Johor Bahru production sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-volume, high-mix production or complex engineered products.
• Familiarity with long-lead electronic and precision-machined components.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or production scheduling tools.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
