Supply Chain Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day purchasing, inventory management, material planning, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare purchase orders, request supplier quotes, and compare pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Track supplier acknowledgments, delivery dates, backorders, overdue materials, and open purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate supplier, part, pricing, inventory, and purchasing records in company systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment tracking with Logistics Operations and communicate status internally.
• Work with engineering, production, finance, and other internal teams to resolve material requirements, shortages, delays, and inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with an ERP, MRP, purchasing, or inventory management system preferred.
