Indirect Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Drive strategic, tactical, and operational indirect procurement goals across Southeast Asia.
• Support category strategy development and execute global spend strategies across logistics, IT, installation services, professional services, facilities, and related categories.
• Manage supplier onboarding, supplier relationships, supplier capacity analysis, and supplier performance frameworks.
• Improve procurement performance through savings, contract coverage, buying channels, and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, regional procurement leadership, and management in Singapore.
• Participate in global improvement roadmap projects and propose initiatives for local and global spend.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management within a multinational and matrix organization.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional projects in complex global environments.
• Experience supporting regional stakeholders and managing suppliers across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement best practices, commercial analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Native or business-level English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or a similarly dynamic industry.
