What you will do

• Manage procurement, configuration, shipping, maintenance, tracking, and lifecycle management for company laptops and IT equipment.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, device provisioning, software setup, access permissions, and secure deactivation.
• Administer SaaS platforms, software licenses, user accounts, SharePoint environments, shared drives, and documentation repositories.
• Implement IT security processes covering MFA, password management, endpoint security, access reviews, and role-based access controls.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, cloud platforms, and employee accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT policies, SOPs, asset trackers, onboarding guides, and security documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, internal IT operations, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience managing employee laptops, software tools, user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventories.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of MFA, password management, endpoint security, and access governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• The posting contains conflicting location requirements: onsite in Singapore and full-time based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting remote or globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms and endpoint security tools.
• Experience managing SaaS licenses, provisioning, access governance, IT policies, security procedures, compliance, or audit readiness.
