MCO Director (Aerospace)

hirify.global is an air-defense company developing AI-guided interceptors for drones and cruise missiles, along with the software platform that powers them.

What you will do

• Build the MCO offer from scratch, including service packages, SLAs, and pricing.
• Own the MCO P&L and support sales negotiations with defense customers.
• Define fleet performance KPIs such as availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Design the maintenance organization across customers, local partners, and hirify.global.
• Ensure spare-parts availability and long-term support for critical components.
• Coordinate software and fleet upgrades, develop customer training programs, and build the MCO team.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in defense or aerospace, including building and running an MCO or in-service support contract.
• Experience with P&L ownership and contract negotiation with government customers.
• Track record of building a team or activity from zero.
• Strong understanding of reliability and availability metrics.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Eligible for French security clearance and willing to travel internationally.
