Data Center Design Lead (AI): Owning the standardized power and cooling design for factory-built AI data-center modules with an accent on high-density compute, modular construction, and site adaptation. Focus on designing scalable electrical and mechanical systems, collaborating with manufacturers and architects, and reducing construction cost and delivery time across campuses.

hirify.global builds and operates AI campuses in Europe using dedicated supercomputers, low-carbon energy, factory-built power and cooling modules, and hirify.global OS.

What you will do

Own the standardized design of factory-built power and cooling modules.
Define how modular systems connect and operate on each campus site.
Adapt the standard design to individual sites without compromising its core architecture.
Collaborate with manufacturers and architects to reduce construction cost and delivery time.

Requirements

10+ years of experience designing large data centers.
Experience with hyperscale or AI data centers is preferred.
Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems for high-density compute.
Experience with prefabricated or modular construction.
