Senior Full Stack Developer (React, Java)

hirify.global develops Qostodian, a zero-copy data security platform that helps enterprises discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data without moving or copying it.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, implement, and test product features from initial concept through launch.
• Develop microservice-oriented architecture and reusable software components using React, Java, Kotlin, and related technologies.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code while using AI coding tools and performing unit and integration testing.
• Analyze performance, reliability, code metrics, system risks, and software anomalies.
• Review code, advise the product owner on technical decisions, and guide engineers on maintainability, performance, and security.
• Improve development velocity through AI-assisted testing, automated deployment pipelines, and LLM-augmented code reviews; participate in incident investigation and remediation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks, including React and TypeScript.
• 7+ years of experience developing microservices with Java, Spring Boot, Golang, or Kotlin.
• Daily experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, with the ability to critically evaluate, refactor, and own AI-generated code.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles and using AI tools to improve sprint velocity and documentation quality.
• Working proficiency in English is required.
• Strong alignment with the company’s values and a commitment to quality, security, accountability, and delivery.
