Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Go)

Location: Hong Kong; remote workplace

Proprietary trading and research firm building mission-critical financial applications, visual analytics platforms, and data-driven tools for traders, researchers, and analysts.

What you will do

• Translate complex trader, researcher, and analyst workflows into responsive TypeScript-based user interfaces.
• Design, build, and operate production Go services with secure architecture, clear service boundaries, and reliable data contracts.
• Develop reusable UI modules, component libraries, SDKs, and typed integrations for a modular plugin-based platform.
• Build real-time interfaces that process high-frequency market and on-chain data from streaming sources.
• Drive architecture and performance decisions, maintain automated tests and code reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with production ownership across front end and back end.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills with experience in Svelte, React, or Vue.
• Strong production Go experience, including independently designing, building, and operating Go services.
• Experience with large datasets, real-time updates through WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, and reusable UI abstractions.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, rendering strategies, the JavaScript runtime, testing, and version control.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading systems, financial platforms, hedge funds, or proprietary trading.
• Experience with streaming or on-chain market data.
• Experience with MCP, AI-native integrations, developer platforms, SDKs, or shared component libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
