TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Product Compliance (Data Governance/Privacy Compliance): Managing regulatory data, compliance evidence, audits, OneTrust assessments, and reporting for product and data privacy programs with an accent on data quality, governance, and regulatory change management. Focus on designing compliance templates, analyzing audit risks, coordinating remediation, and improving compliance workflows through tools and automation.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with onsite work 3 times per week. Mid-shift schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Manila time.

What you will do
- Coordinate regulatory data management, resolve data gaps, and maintain reports, declarations, evidence, and audit trails.
- Lead compliance data audits, develop audit plans and sampling methods, analyze risk patterns, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain Record of Processing Activities, Privacy Impact Assessments, privacy campaigns, compliance materials, and privacy information in OneTrust and SharePoint.
- Build compliance dashboards covering ROPA coverage, PIA completion, overdue remediation, and vendor risk.
- Design and maintain compliance declarations, regulatory templates, customer response documents, and OneTrust assessment templates.
- Manage compliance-system data imports, user acceptance testing, process improvements, automation tools, and training programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality analytics, compliance, audit, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, numerical aptitude, and the ability to translate analysis into remediation plans.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Sigma, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication and project-coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City and onsite 3 times per week.
- Willingness to work the 1:00 PM–10:00 PM Manila mid-shift schedule.
