What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and lifecycle quality of hirify.global Belgium and Luxembourg data assets.
• Investigate complex data and business problems and recommend improvements to data quality and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Production teams to resolve data issues quickly and support timely client delivery.
• Lead complex data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions and support commercial teams with client queries.
• Create Jira user stories, develop test plans, and execute UAT for Data Integrity tasks.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in mathematics, science, engineering, or computer science.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for writing and executing queries and performing data analysis.
• Knowledge of data quality checks, data management, and ETL.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex concepts and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SSIS and Python.
• Awareness of big data and associated tools.
