Associate Manager, Data Integrity

What you will do

• Drive daily strategic workflow activities and support the production of assigned hirify.global data assets.
• Run data quality and integrity checks across multiple production streams and apply corrections when required.
• Coordinate with offshore production teams to deliver accurate outputs on time.
• Investigate data and systems, resolve critical incidents and client queries, and provide practical solutions.
• Lead complex data analysis, run impact analysis on data changes, and support business decisions.
• Help build the Data Integrity function to improve data quality and prevent issues before client delivery.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience.
• Strong data knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of data management and ETL.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with BI tools.
• Knowledge of data quality check best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret and present complex concepts.
• Relevant degree in mathematics, science, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
