TL;DR

What you will do
- Monitor exposure, claims, and Workers Compensation data sets with business units and support teams to improve data quality.
- Create documentation and reports for aggregate financial and state-specific Workers Compensation data call filings.
- Support Allianz legacy functions and act as a key contact for related obligations.
- Resolve Unit Statistical Report bureau criticisms, Medical Data Call inquiries, Indemnity Data Call inquiries, and systemic data anomalies.
- Compile data from multiple systems, generate reports for review and submission, and support surcharge and assessment payment obligations.
- Perform data collection and analysis for recurring and ad hoc staff requests.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macro generation.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for statistical data call filings.
- Two to five years of experience in the insurance or finance field.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or data science preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and data accuracy skills.
Nice to have
- Foundational knowledge of the Workers Compensation line of business.
- Knowledge of Snowflake.
