What you will do

• Imagine and design interactive experiences that make physical objects feel alive.
• Turn rough ideas into engaging experiences and memorable interaction moments.
• Map complete user journeys from initial curiosity to lasting engagement.
• Shape hirify.global's visual, emotional, and interactive language.
• Run lightweight user research and use real behavior to guide design decisions.
• Prototype, iterate quickly, and use AI tools to bring concepts to life.

Requirements

• Fluency with Claude Design and Claude Cowork is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Product Design background with experience shipping real products.
• Comfort using AI features and capabilities in design work.
• Experience with UX/UI, interaction, service, and human-computer interaction design.
• Knowledge of information architecture, user research, journey mapping, and gamification.

Nice to have

• A portfolio demonstrating emotionally engaging design work.
• Experience across design, motion, storytelling, or code.
• Experience bringing an entirely new idea or product to life.
