Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead cross-product UX/UI initiatives from discovery through delivery, including navigation and shared interaction patterns.
• Evolve the design system by identifying gaps and creating reusable components and patterns with designers and engineers.
• Design polished, intuitive, and accessible interfaces for complex product experiences in Figma.
• Use support tickets, product data, customer feedback, and AI output to identify and prioritize user problems.
• Apply AI-first methods across research, exploration, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role.
• Experience designing complex product experiences and scalable patterns across teams.
• Strong UI and interaction design skills, with experience building or contributing to a design system.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI and interaction design for complex web applications.
• An AI-first mindset and practical experience using AI in the design workflow are required.
• Excellent Dutch and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience combining design and engineering.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or mobile product design.
