Director, Customer Solutions Engineering PMO for EMEA & APAC (Professional Services)

What you will do

• Set strategic direction and accountability for the Customer Solutions Engineering professional services portfolio across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead Project Management leadership, including planning, staffing, budgeting, expense management, and delivery methodology improvements.
• Own post-sales portfolio financial planning, tracking, forecasting, control, and reporting.
• Optimize the enterprise Professional Services Automation solution, workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and project manager experience.
• Lead PMO governance, process maturity, issue and risk management, and customer engagement delivery from initiation through go-live.
• Support M&A integration by evaluating acquired professional services methods, portfolios, and resource requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a professional services leader managing complex, multi-million-dollar portfolios delivering technical solutions.
• 10+ years of management experience and a record of leading professional services teams serving large enterprise customers.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles, technical solution lifecycles, and organizational change management.
• Experience owning an integrated enterprise PSA application, managing portfolio financials, and establishing performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead strategic programs, resolve complex risks and issues, and scale organizational capabilities without compromising quality or control.
• PMP, PfMP, and/or PgMP certification required.
