Senior Project Manager (Strategic Programs) (Global Delivery Centers): Leading strategic programs and site initiatives from concept through implementation and closure with an accent on governance, delivery planning, risk management, and measurable outcomes. Focus on coordinating cross-functional work across global locations, translating leadership priorities into roadmaps, and improving reporting and workflow automation with Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-enabled tools.

What you will do
- Lead projects and workstreams from initiation and concept design through implementation, adoption, and closure.
- Manage project charters, delivery plans, milestones, resources, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, decisions, and benefits tracking.
- Coordinate cross-GDC programs across locations, teams, and global departments while managing scope, schedule, quality, cost, and outcomes.
- Translate GDC priorities, OKRs, and leadership decisions into roadmaps, work packages, and accountable delivery plans.
- Partner with site and functional leaders on strategic initiatives involving innovation, productivity, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Improve PMO governance, reporting, intake, planning, workflow, and action tracking using Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-enabled tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project, programme, PMO, strategy execution, or transformation management, including ownership of complex projects.
- 3+ years of experience with planning, governance, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting, benefits tracking, and executive reporting.
- Experience working in global, multi-site, multicultural, or matrix organizations and engaging senior leadership partners.
- Fluent professional English required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Experience with Power Platform automation.
- Project management certification such as Project Management Professional or Product Owner.
