Head of Team Material Management Nordics & Baltics

Location: Remote (>50% remote), with the position based in Sweden or Lithuania

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and support the Material Management team across the Nordics and Baltics.
• Ensure reliable material availability for service and project activities.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and replenishment planning.
• Monitor supply chain performance, KPIs, quality standards, and established processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders while supporting material-related escalations.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Materials Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, plus KPI monitoring and performance management.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, and the ability to be based in Sweden or Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
