VP Brand & Communications (AI)

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's global brand strategy, positioning, architecture, identity, tone of voice, and corporate narrative.
• Lead the evolution from an HR-focused platform to AI for Business and make complex AI and business operations concepts clear to target audiences.
• Direct the brand, creative, content, communications, and PR organization across campaigns, product launches, digital channels, events, and customer communications.
• Manage corporate communications, media relations, executive communications, issues management, and thought leadership around AI and the future of work.
• Build and develop multidisciplinary teams, establish accountability, and manage the Brand & Communications budget.
• Connect brand investment with awareness, demand generation, pipeline influence, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing, including significant leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience building and evolving brands, leading repositioning or category transformation, and influencing business performance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across brand, creative, content, communications, and PR.
• Strong commercial understanding, creative and editorial judgment, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Work location: Barcelona, Spain.

• Experience positioning AI-powered products for business customers.
• Experience with in-house creative studios, AI-enabled creative production, and localization at scale.
