Product Owner End to End Visualization (Observability)

Location: Hybrid Utrecht, Netherlands; 36 hours per week

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, prioritised backlog, and measurable outcomes for end-to-end critical business chain visualisation.
• Build an integrated observability capability with SUSE Observability across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Integrate data from ARIS, HALO, OBM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Piano Analytics, and WTTSS Synthetic Monitoring.
• Develop actionable business-chain dashboards that improve service-health insight, root-cause analysis, and proactive risk detection.
• Align priorities and facilitate decisions across business, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Architecture, and Service Management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, IT Operations, Service Management, Business Service Monitoring, and dependency mapping.
• Experience with SUSE Observability, Dynatrace, Splunk, OBM, or comparable observability solutions.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives and complex technical insights into product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, measurable outcomes, and business information.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required; Dutch is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL, SRE, DevOps, and operational resilience.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent academic working and thinking level.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
