Analyst, Sales Productivity (Salesforce)

Location: Taguig, Philippines. Working hours must align with the supported business time zone and may fall outside standard Philippine working hours.

What you will do

• Support account creation and maintain sales representative, customer address, and contact information.
• Process customer onboarding requests and provide CRM support, including Salesforce access and Command Center assistance.
• Respond to My Samples Tool questions and support MDF fund requests.
• Assist with paid order inquiries, order status updates, expedite requests, and lines-down situations.
• Support pricing activities, Vendavo deals, chargeback agreements, price requests, and quotation activities.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve process accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before the start date.
• At least two years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer data management, analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with order support, customer data maintenance, Salesforce updates, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing data, maintaining dashboards, CRM data, reporting tools, or system hierarchies.
• Experience with process improvement, business transformation, or data standardization initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
