Commercial Performance and Insights Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Build and maintain commercial dashboards across European regions and platforms.
• Standardize and automate reporting outputs and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Define and measure KPIs for operational and senior leaders.
• Own the commercial forecasting process with regional planning teams.
• Translate performance data across channels into clear actions and a unified narrative.
• Coordinate marketing, pricing, product, Finance, and Analytics inputs to identify risks, growth opportunities, and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Six to eight years of experience in commercial performance, financial planning, or business intelligence.
• Experience in a B2C ecommerce or consumer retail environment.
• Experience building forecasting and reporting processes in a multi-market company.
• Strong analytical skills with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
• Experience managing multiple reporting cycles and holding stakeholders accountable.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Education in finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL or data-querying tools.
• Experience working in pan-European organizations.
• Additional European language skills.
