IT Solutions Engineer (Remote)

Location: Remote, Belgrade; work in the EU

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS systems using REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM, and n8n.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and SAML integrations, access governance, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Build security automations supporting local admin removal, least-privilege access, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 initiatives.
• Administer Jira Service Management, the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion, including workflows, forms, request types, and automations.
• Develop endpoint policies, scripts, software deployment, documentation, SaaS optimization, and zero-touch deployment for Windows and macOS devices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments, IAM, SSO, SCIM, SAML, and an identity provider such as JumpCloud.
• Experience with MDM/UEM platforms such as JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf, including endpoint profiles and scripts.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or a similar language, plus experience integrating systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with n8n or a comparable automation platform, Google Workspace or M365, and ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management.
• Clear English communication is required for collaboration with Security, People, and Engineering.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, SaaS governance, or management tooling.
• Experience with HRIS-driven automation, HiBob, Tequipy, or similar platforms.
• Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or JumpCloud Core Certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
