Senior Project Manager (Clinical Project Management)

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities.
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project implementation.

• Develop project documentation and reports with clear, actionable findings.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a record of successfully leading projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
