Professional Education and Development Manager (Optometry)

Location: Remote field-based role in New South Wales, Australia

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, key accounts, thought leaders, educational institutions, and industry organizations.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and professional education through face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels.
• Execute education and communication strategies for strategic brands and new product launches.
• Support congresses, trade conferences, advisory boards, round tables, and HCP advocacy initiatives.
• Provide clinical and technical support to marketing, sales, sales training, regulatory, legal, and communications teams.
• Develop compliant scientific communications through social media, trade articles, newsletters, and other channels.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in Optometry.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical, optical practice, or industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding of contact lens fitting and dry eye management.
• Experience delivering high-quality presentations and strong public speaking skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
