Clinical Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Kota Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia; remote role with travel within the assigned territory and on-site implementations

What you will do

• Build expertise in Masimo technology and products.
• Support on-site implementations, evaluations, and additional projects as a Clinical Specialist or project and clinical lead.
• Coordinate equipment needs with corporate headquarters.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities and OEM partners to support transitions to Masimo products.
• Work with management to secure resources for projects.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with Masimo customers and support their needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the medical field.
• Registered Nurse, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, EMT, Paramedic, Anesthesia Technician, or another healthcare-related qualification.
• Effective presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to different decision-makers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
