Manager, Medical Communications (eCOA)

What you will do

• Lead scientific communication strategies supporting the eCOA business and market positioning.
• Create, edit, review, and manage publications, white papers, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, presentations, and scientific collateral.
• Translate clinical, operational, and performance data into business insights and data-driven narratives.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical Science, and executive stakeholders on scientific messaging and thought leadership.
• Support clinical research, publication strategies, conference communications, social media, and eCOA Science event planning.
• Develop communication processes and workflows that improve knowledge sharing, efficiency, and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree in life sciences, public health, clinical research, healthcare, psychology, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, CRO, or related life sciences environments.
• Experience with eCOA, Clinical Outcome Assessments, patient-centered research, or clinical technology is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated scientific writing, editing, proofreading, publication, presentation, and content development experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial methodology, clinical research processes, and eCOA’s role in drug development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
