Senior Business Development Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hong Kong; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Develop general insurance business through life-source agents and local brokers.
• Drive sales growth, submission activity, and sales penetration through sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze agent and broker portfolios to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with agents and brokers through frequent interaction.
• Monitor performance, recommend solutions, and support agents with production goals and development plans.
• Coordinate with camphirify.globaln, communication, service center, and product teams to deliver promotions, training, and quality underwriting and product standards.

Requirements

• University degree preferred.
• Reading, speaking, and writing proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
• Ability to obtain basic insurance certification during the probation period.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and service-oriented skills.
• Self-starter with initiative, creativity, independence, and a results-oriented approach.
