Contracting Project Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Manage HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering quality standards.
• Lead site teams, supervise installation activities, and optimize workflows to minimize delays.
• Coordinate ducting, chilled-water and refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation, and ventilation-system work.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
• Coordinate materials, procurement follow-up, BOQ, quantity take-offs, subcontractors, site engineers, technicians, clients, and consultants.
• Commission systems, monitor performance, maintain technical documentation, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• On-site availability in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, five days per week
• Experience or capability in HVAC project execution and site supervision.
• Knowledge of approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants, engineers, and technicians.
• Ability to manage planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, material coordination, procurement follow-up, BOQ, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.
