Senior Project Engineer - Offshore Project (VAP)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools.
• Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into integrated weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare variance analyses, forecasting summaries, and resource planning reports aligned with baseline schedules.
• Investigate reporting and resource deviations through root cause analysis.
• Maintain historical reports, change logs, and audit trails in a structured repository.
• Present reporting packages and findings to project managers, senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders during reviews and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience reporting on large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
