Team Leader - Tamooha

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Monitor daily data centre processing and cross-sell activities according to policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational queries and recommend solutions within required turnaround times.
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal banking units and vendors.
• Apply operational policies and service standards consistently across customer and stakeholder interactions.
• Deliver the required level of internal and external customer service.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization.
• Knowledge of Arabic.
• Process orientation, planning, and organizing skills.
• Training and development skills.
