Operations Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement operational policies, strategies, targets, and plans with senior management.
• Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and alignment with company priorities.
• Review workflows, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implement measurable process improvements.
• Identify operational risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Keep company documentation, licenses, and permits up to date.
• Manage business travel, accommodation, and company events, including venues, vendors, budgets, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with UAE freezone authorities, vendor contracts, budgets, and fast-growing technology or SaaS companies.
