Manager - Trade Transformation Delivery (Trade Finance)

What you will do

• Manage Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance transformation and digitisation initiatives across products, systems, and processes.
• Deliver process automation, platform enhancements, and customer journey redesign from scoping through implementation and sign-off.
• Translate strategic transformation objectives into governed initiatives, delivery plans, recommendations, and executable scopes.
• Coordinate business, product, operations, technology, architecture, risk, compliance, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests, and impact assessments across complex multi-system initiatives.
• Prepare governance materials and delivery reporting for senior management and steering forums, including post-implementation value realisation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on delivery experience in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation and digitisation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products, trade operations, controls, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong delivery, change management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business, operations, technology, and control functions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent delivery certification is preferred.
