Global Junior Technical Training Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote, based in Italy; office address in Milan, Italy. The role is offered as a remote position, with a flexible hybrid/remote company model.

What you will do

• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical training courses for medical device employees.
• Convert raw training materials into effective e-learning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Assist with peer reviews and assessments, including Technical File mirror review exercises.
• Schedule CPD sessions, webinars, workshops, team calibration, and peer-review activities.
• Manage training certificates, enrolments, training records, and trainee qualification tracking.
• Maintain current knowledge of EU MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent English; CV must be submitted in English.
• Experience in the medical device field, particularly in the IVD or MD industry.
• Experience training technical skills using online and face-to-face methodologies, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Bachelor-level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects.
• Teaching, mentoring, communication, project management, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Must hold a valid work permit in the country of residence.
