What you will do

• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical training courses for medical device employees.
• Convert raw training materials into e-learning modules and collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Assist with peer reviews, trainee exercise assessments, and technical file mirror reviews.
• Schedule CPD sessions, webinars, workshops, team calibration, and peer-review activities.
• Manage training certificates, enrolments, records, and trainee qualification progress.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical device regulations and ensure training content remains compliant.

Requirements

• Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly IVD or MD.
• Experience training technical skills through online and face-to-face methods, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Bachelor-level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects.
• Teaching, mentoring, communication, project management, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• A valid work permit in the country of residence is required.
