Technical Project Manager Technical Product Integrator, Core Avionics & RF (Aerospace)

Location: Kent, WA, United States; no relocation provided. Travel is expected up to 5–10% of the time. Coordination spans development in Kent, manufacturing in Grandview, Missouri, and vehicle integration in Florida.

Base pay: $121,023–$169,432 annually for Washington applicants; ranges may differ by site.

What you will do

• Own master production schedules for core avionics and RF radio products across development, qualification, and flight builds.
• Drive vertical integration of outsourced PCB/CCA assemblies into internal manufacturing.
• Lead make/buy/where decisions while balancing cost, risk, capacity, and schedule.
• Translate engineering requirements into factory-ready build plans covering tooling, processes, and test capabilities.
• Coordinate production readiness, labor and capacity planning, material availability, factory ramp activities, and multi-site build execution.
• Resolve DFM/DFT, build-flow, test-coverage, quality, schedule, and production issues with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, electronics manufacturing engineering, hardware operations, product integration, or a similar role.
• Production or NPI experience with printed circuit board or circuit card assemblies, including SMT assembly, board-level testing, failure analysis, or yield improvement.
• Experience collaborating with electronics manufacturing facilities or contract manufacturers.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee under export control requirements.
• The role is based in Kent, WA, and relocation is not provided.

Nice to have

• Direct ownership of PCB/CCA manufacturing for avionics, RF, communications, or other complex electronic systems.
• Experience leading vertical integration or hardware insourcing efforts.
• Experience with production schedules, capacity and labor planning, ramp plans, and production-readiness milestones.
• Experience in aerospace, avionics, RF, or other safety-critical hardware environments.
