What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute capital construction projects supporting rocket manufacturing.
• Oversee complex, high-bay, mission-critical facilities and supporting infrastructure.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, propulsion, avionics, facilities, EHS, security, government agencies, utilities, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage project budgets, cost-benefit analysis, resource allocation, financial auditing, schedules, and profitability.
• Develop risk-mitigation and contingency strategies to protect delivery timelines and quality.
• Evaluate project lifecycles and implement workflow improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Documented experience delivering high-stakes, million-dollar initiatives.
• Experience delivering capital and development projects.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment foundations, structural systems, MEP, and process utilities.
• Experience managing A/E firms, contractors, design-build firms, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with aerospace, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, rocket manufacturing, defense, energy, or similarly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials, propulsion systems, or test facilities.
• Experience with fast-track and design-build delivery models.
• Strong financial and schedule control discipline.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership and execution focus.
