What you will do

  • Manage the hiring process for technical roles, including Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, and DevOps.
  • Define role requirements and expectations for technical positions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with expertise in programming languages, front-end/back-end frameworks, hosting technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Assess candidates’ technical knowledge through interviews and problem-solving exercises.
  • Build a robust pipeline of highly skilled technical talent using modern tools and strategies.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations on hiring strategies in collaboration with team leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding of programming frameworks and languages: Front-end, Back-end and Programming.
  • Familiarity with hosting technologies and IT infrastructure, including Linux systems, NGINX, Apache, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent ability to assess technical competencies through structured interviews.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment platforms.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on coding or technical background in IT-related fields.
  • Experience in hiring for hosting environments and DevOps roles.
  • Familiarity with additional frameworks like Django, Ruby on Rails, and Flask.
  • Understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Certifications in recruitment or technical fields.
