What you will do

• Identify and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support regional hiring and expansion plans across APAC.
• Support initial candidate screening and manage interview logistics for virtual and onsite meetings.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive and seamless recruitment journey.
• Utilize recruitment tools and ATS systems to streamline recruitment operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Available for a full-time internship for 10–12 weeks (May to August 2026).
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment.

Nice to have

• Mandarin and/or Japanese language capabilities for regional hiring exposure.
