Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition

Acwa is hiring an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to join its team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
This is a strong opportunity for experienced TA professionals who enjoy combining end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, and process improvement in a fast-growing international business environment.
What you’ll do:
— manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and project-based roles
— partner with business units and project leaders to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements
— lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection in close collaboration with hiring managers
— build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
— oversee interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer preparation
— support onboarding processes in line with internal HR policies and local labour regulations
— conduct background and reference checks
— maintain recruitment documentation, records, and reporting
— prepare recruitment logs and KPI tracking in Excel
— support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Acwa’s market presence in Uzbekistan and Central Asia
— represent the company at career fairs and talent attraction events
What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
— proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate environment
— strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
— experience sourcing across multiple channels and managing candidate pipelines
— strong organisational and administrative discipline
— confidence handling offers, compliance, and recruitment documentation
— ability to work on-site in Tashkent
