Entitlements Project Manager-WA (Land Development)

Location: Washington State, United States; overnight travel required

What you will do

• Manage entitlements, plan approvals, permits, preliminary plats, and related project documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence with jurisdictional authorities, internal departments, utilities, and outside consultants.
• Prepare entitlement and pre-development schedules aligned with contractual closing dates and business plans.
• Research project costs and develop feasibility budgets to assess proposed project viability.
• Review consultant scopes, development agreements, site plans, soils and wetlands reports, and other technical materials.
• Identify approval obstacles, coordinate utility requirements, and maintain project quality and budget control.

Requirements

• Experience managing entitlements, zoning changes, plan amendments, permits, and preliminary plats.
• Ability to coordinate multiple agencies, departments, utilities, and consultants.
• Knowledge of city and county zoning ordinances, impact fees, and entitlement procedures.
• Strong scheduling, multitasking, organization, budget-control, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight.
