Strategic Capture Manager, USG Data Agencies

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; workplace: On-site

Salary: $230,000–$350,000 per year in on-target earnings, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic capture plans across software and simulation portfolios.
• Lead engagement with senior U.S. government and military data and AI agencies.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward multi-year strategic program wins.
• Build trusted relationships with government AI decision-makers, including CDAO, CIO, DHS, and executive branch agencies.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policies, requirements, and solicitations to align with hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic capture or policy development within the U.S. government.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. government and military data and AI policy processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies and AI.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Active Secret security clearance required; TS clearance preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience with U.S. government AI policy agencies.
