Staff Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduates) - ATE

What you will do

• Develop mechanical designs for precision testing units and automation testing equipment.
• Create development plans, detailed designs, 3D and 2D drawings, bills of materials, assembly and maintenance manuals, and buy-off documentation.
• Perform design reviews covering function, cost, schedule, design for manufacturing, and optimized mechanical performance.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver precisely manufactured parts on schedule.
• Assemble and debug prototypes, conduct evaluations and qualifications, and improve designs based on test results.
• Investigate product failures and identify root causes while collaborating with mechanical simulation, electrical, servo, software, firmware, and global teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, tolerance analysis, heat treatment, materials, molding, machining, FMEA, and mechanical vibration.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, adapt to changing conditions, and solve complex problems creatively.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in system development, new product development, automation, vision systems, or data analysis.
• Workshop experience or a strong interest in workshop activities.
• Photography skills and basic artistic ability.
