Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Manufacturing organization developing electromechanical products and supporting production across global manufacturing sites.

What you will do

• Develop new production processes and adapt existing processes for assembly, calibration, and testing.
• Define production equipment specifications and coordinate with internal mechanization teams and equipment suppliers.
• Support global new product development projects, advanced quality planning, process design, and manufacturability improvements.
• Arrange sample lines and process development equipment, and debug and qualify high-volume assembly and test equipment or tooling.
• Improve production lines by reducing cycle time, defects, and manufacturing costs.
• Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to validate process capability, controls, delivery readiness, and cost targets.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience or ability to work with manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling, and process controls.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong ethical values, integrity, accountability, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
