TL;DR
Coupa Integration Developer (Coupa): Building and maintaining API-based integrations between Coupa BSM and ERP, finance, HR, payroll, supplier, identity, and payment systems with an accent on supplier onboarding, data synchronization, and integration security. Focus on designing resilient error handling and reconciliation strategies, optimizing high-volume integration performance, supporting production incidents, and translating Coupa platform changes into adoption recommendations.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do
- Design and develop integrations between Coupa BSM and ERP, finance, payroll, supplier, identity, and payment systems.
- Build API-based integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Implement supplier onboarding, supplier master, contract, catalog, requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment data flows.
- Develop synchronization for chart of accounts, expense categories, lookup data, users, roles, and approval hierarchies.
- Design error handling, retries, reconciliation, OAuth, SSO, certificate-based authentication, and least-privilege credential practices.
- Optimize high-volume integration performance, support releases and production incidents, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least five years of integration engineering experience and hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience with at least one major iPaaS platform: MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Solid SQL, data transformation, REST/SOAP API, OAuth, integration security, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.
Nice to have
- Coupa certifications.
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
- Supplier-network integration experience or exposure to global BSM rollouts.
