Resource Manager

Location: Remote in the United States; candidates residing in AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, and WV are excluded.

Salary: $70–$75 USD per hour, varying by work location, experience, and related factors.

What you will do

• Support weekly resource planning processes across a global production team.
• Centralize, forecast, organize, and allocate resource requests from producers and project teams.
• Match CGI artists, retouchers, finishing artists, photographers, video editors, and animators to production needs.
• Confirm studio bookings with discipline leads and monitor availability, utilization, holidays, absences, and timesheets.
• Forecast, source, onboard, and book freelance resources during periods of fluctuating demand.
• Identify resource risks, prioritize conflicts, and escalate proposed solutions before delivery is affected.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced creative or CGI-led studio environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Outlook, Mac, Flow, Crew Planning, and Workfront.
• Experience with resource reporting, monitoring, and planning processes.
• Strong relationship-management skills with creative and production specialists.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
• Must be based in an eligible US state for this remote role.
