Marketing Coordinator (B2B Technology)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; onsite professional office environment

What you will do

• Plan, build, test, and schedule segmented email campaigns.
• Publish and manage social media content across brand channels.
• Run webinars end to end, including registration, promotion, speaker coordination, live support, and follow-up.
• Collect campaign results and prepare basic reports and insights.
• Track project deadlines and organize campaign assets and files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or 1–3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an organized manner.
• Ability to work in the Plano, Texas office environment.
• Some travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, Canva, or Figma; training is provided.
• Interest in B2B technology or the automotive industry.
