Marketing Coordinator (College Marketing)

Location: On-site in Austin, Texas or New York, New York, United States

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Execute college marketing initiatives across priority schools.
• Communicate with ambassadors, student organizations, creators, campus partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support recruiting and onboarding for campus ambassadors and interns.
• Coordinate campus events, logistics, gifting, vendors, and day-to-day project tasks.
• Assist with influencer campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Track campus trends, social platforms, cultural moments, and learnings from campus programs.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience, or an alternative background demonstrating equivalent skills.
• Strong understanding of college culture, student communities, social platforms, creators, and emerging trends.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, ambassadors, creators, campus organizations, vendors, and internal partners.
• Strong organization and coordination skills across events, gifting, partnerships, and multiple project tasks.
• Creative, curious, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to follow projects through to completion.
• Curiosity about using AI tools responsibly to generate ideas, synthesize insights, and improve efficiency.
