TL;DR
Trainee, AI & Generative Engine Optimization, Communications (AI/GEO): Enhancing Kemira’s website visibility in AI assistants and prototyping AI agents for communications workflows with an accent on content structure, monitoring, prompt design, and responsible AI use. Focus on evaluating citations and share of voice, building reusable automations, and applying GDPR, EU AI Act, brand, and disclosure requirements.
Location: Helsinki, Finland or Amsterdam area, the Netherlands; hybrid work between office and remote.
Base salary: €2,700–€3,000 per month in Finland or €3,000–€3,500 per month in the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Evaluate how AI assistants describe , its sustainability work, and water solutions, tracking accuracy, citations, and share of voice.
- Restructure web pages for AI readability and citation using clear answers, FAQs, structured data, consistent entity information, and current facts.
- Build a GEO monitoring dashboard and report results monthly.
- Prototype AI agents for media monitoring, campaign messaging, news and social drafts, internal-content Q&A, and stakeholder briefings.
- Document prompts, workflows, and guardrails; run internal demonstrations and support colleagues using AI tools.
- Apply AI guidelines, GDPR, EU AI Act requirements, brand rules, and disclosure requirements.
Requirements
- Daily use of AI tools with demonstrable examples such as agents, automations, custom GPTs, or prompt libraries.
- Education in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; demonstrated work is valued more than a specific degree.
- Ability to work full time; students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Inclusive, collaborative working style and motivation to work in an international environment.
- Experience with low-code or agent tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier, or basic Python or JavaScript, is beneficial.
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress or equivalent content management systems.
- Experience with low-code automation tools, agent tools, Python, or JavaScript.
